Niyad has graduated as a Civil Engineer and has expert knowledge when it comes to property developments and new-build projects. He is quick to determine the feasibility of a project and puts forward practical and business minded suggestions in order to maximise your profits on any given project. He can assist with Computer Aided Design (CAD) and has Project Managed a variety of residential and commercial developments.
Niyad has also pursued further studies and is completing his post-graduate degree in Law, which, when used in conjunction with his engineering background and experience in business and the property sector, can offer unrivaled advice and solutions to clients.
In his spare time, Niyad enjoys flying and has plans to qualify for his Private Pilot License. He is also focused and committed to a variety of projects in differing business sectors and brings his talent and experience to Checkmate Estates.
