One of the highest reasons for Judges striking out claims is because Landlords have failed to register the Tenant’s Deposit in a Government Approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme within 30 days of the start of the Tenancy. If you haven’t done this then you need our help now.

You should also be aware that your possession proceedings is likely to be struck out if a Tenant has made written communication to you regarding essential maintenance works to the property and you have failed to carry these out.
